To Top-Up, it is first necessary to log in to your account on the ECC system at https://recicerts.ie and make a credit request for the Cert Type and Credit Amount required. The ECC system will then issue a 5 digit reference number which you will need to enter on the form below. Once we have received this form, a member of our Sales Department will need to validate your request. If approved, you will be issued with a link by email to complete your payment online. Please allow sufficient time for our office to validate your request. 

Remember to always include your QC name & number in the comments box when you issue a cert via ECC.
